Join me for a seated Spring Equinox Meditation! We will sit in sacred circle, and I will play crystal bowls to open the circle and then we will then practice a 1 hour silent meditation, channeling in our souls’ spiritual light and supportive universal energy medicine of the Spring Equinox to renew our body-heart-mind.
